Tokyo Olympics 2021 Medal Tally and Where India Stands

The Tokyo Olympics 2021 started last week. Athletes from all over the world are now competing in Japan representing their respective nations. If we look at the table tally , Japan is now at top of the table with 8 Gold medals , 2 Silver medals and 3 Bronze medals. USA is at number 2 with 7 Gold medals , 3 Silver medals and 4 Bronze medals. China is also giving very tough competition. China has in total 18 medals which is more than any other country. China's Yang Qian bagged the first gold medal overall on Saturday in the women's 10-meter rifle competition.

India at Tokyo Olympics  🥈

Team India is at 33rd position. India has one silver medal which Mirabai Chanu secured in Women's 49 kgs category. She lifted a total 202 kg in clean and jerk category. India is a very proud of her daughter Mirabai Chanu.We are hoping that Team India will win many more medals soon.
